Find Packing lets online sellers record packing videos with a webcam and a barcode scanner, and save them on their own computers. You need an account to use the recorder. You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms for your business.
The Free plan includes 20 different labels a month. Paid plans and prices are shown on the pricing page. Paid plans will be billed monthly in advance once online payment opens; until then we may set a plan for you by agreement. You can cancel at any time and keep using the plan until the end of the period you paid for. Labels are counted per calendar month in UTC.
Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including on every packing PC you log in on.
Videos are stored only on your computers. You are responsible for backing them up, for the storage you choose, and for using recordings lawfully, including any notice to staff that the law requires where you operate.
Do not try to bypass plan limits, attack or overload the service, reverse engineer it, or use it to record people without the notice or consent the law requires.
The service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it reliable but do not guarantee that every recording will be captured or saved, for example if a camera, browser, disk or power fails. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim.
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. If we ever close the service we will give at least 30 days’ notice; your videos stay on your PCs.
We may update these terms and will post the new version here. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
