What you need at each packing table
PC
Windows 10/11 or macOS with Chrome or Edge. 4+ cores and 8 GB RAM recommended.
Webcam
USB, Full HD 1080p with autofocus, mounted 60–80 cm above the table.
Scanner
Any USB or Bluetooth scanner in keyboard mode. A 2D imager reads small labels best.
Storage
About 29 MB a minute at Full HD, so an external 1 TB drive lasts months.

Questions
Where are my videos stored?
Only on the packing PC, in the folder you choose (an external drive or NAS works). Our server keeps a small list of recordings (tracking number, time, packer and PC name) to count your monthly usage and stop the same label being recorded twice. Never the video.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Open findpacking.com/app in Chrome or Edge on Windows or Mac, allow the camera and pick a folder. Safari and Firefox can't save to a local folder.
What counts as a label?
Each different tracking number recorded in a calendar month. Recording the same label again doesn't count again.
Can I use more than one packing table?
Yes. Log in on as many PCs as you like; each one saves its own videos and all of them share your plan.
What happens if I go over my plan?
On Free, new labels stop at 20 a month; labels you already recorded can be recorded again. On paid plans recording continues and we ask you to move up a plan.
