Questions
What counts as a label?
Each different tracking number recorded in a calendar month (UTC). Recording the same label again (for example after a mistake) doesn't count again.
Do you ever see my videos?
No. Videos are written straight to the folder you pick on your PC. We only keep the list: tracking number, time, packer and PC name.
What happens at the limit?
Free stops new labels at 20 a month. Paid plans keep recording and ask you to move up a plan.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. You drop to Free at the end of the billing period, and every video stays on your PC.
